Reservation Changes & Cancellations

If you make any changes to your booking—including guest name, travel dates, number of people, room type, hotel category, or services booked—these changes will be subject to our policy below. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail to Feel Safe Travel Agency.

Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by our team. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply, depending on the number of days prior to the tour or service start date. No-shows or cancellations made on or after the starting date are non-refundable.

Tours / Activities / Packages

(Including instant and on-request confirmations)

  • 30 days or more before tour date: Free cancellation
  • 15–29 days before: 20% of total amount
  • 14 days or less: 35% of total amount

Transfers

  • 10 days or more: Free
  • 9 days or less: 50% of total amount

Accommodation for 1–9 people

  • 15 days or more: Free
  • 8–14 days: 20% of total amount
  • 7 days or less: 50% of total amount

Accommodation for 10+ people

  • 25 days or more: Free
  • 12–24 days: 10% of total amount
  • 11 days or less: 25% of total amount
